Game Center updates

Things are about to change in your Game Center :video_game:

THE WAY YOU PLAY IS EVOLVING. SO IS OUR GAME CENTER
We’re thrilled to announce that in the next few days, we’ll be releasing an updated Game Center including a beta version of our new Adaptive Gaming Mode and more! Be among the first to see it, test it and to give us crucial feedback on how we can better move you

When it releases, you’ll need to create a free account on D-BOX Connect. This account ensures your continued access to the latest D-BOX Haptic Codes in the Game Center.

Plus, there’ll be even more to discover with brand new features that will bring your gaming and viewing experiences to the next level, right from your sim racing rig!

Stay tuned: An improved Game Center and two new features are coming soon!

This is just the beginning – more exciting new features are planned for the coming months!

I really hope, that this is not the first step to make Game Codes subsciption based.
Emmanuelle, can you confirm that Game Codes will stay free.

Hi @japo, don’t worry, D-BOX gaming haptic codes will stay free

Hi, Great to hear :grinning:

Looking forward to test this.

One request, please include good change log or release notes with new feature release or Game Code.

In last iRacing Game Code release, I could not find any info what changed.

Noted! I’ll give your feedback to the team. Thanks

estimated time to arrival?

Hey Brian, we can’t confirm an exact date yet. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more details. Thanks

Thanks. Can you say if motion compensation code for vr is in there?

Hey Brian!

D-BOX systems are fully compatible with VR right from the box and should not require any type of compensation software if tuned properly. Therefore this is not something that will be released with the update to the game center, we have taken you comment into account.

Thank you for your input!

Thats so not true when it comes to racing.

I hope the adaptive gaming mode allows us to build motion profiles for games that aren’t on the list of supported games. Using things like joystick movement interpreted into motion for a games like Elite Dangerous. A guy can dream

I’ve asked for Elite support too - would be amazing.

It comes with Gaming Configurator that does indeed allow you to configure profiles for previously unsupported games. Looks like you can share them to so I expect lots of new games to be available with haptic effects.

So your PC can now act as the HEMC?

And get the audio directly transferred from the media player?

Hopefully console support is right around the corner!

Hi Anthony,
I recommend you this article in the Knowledge Base. : https://support.d-box.com/en/knowledge/d-box-coded-video-with-game-center
The audio capture can be set up as described in this article. After that, you use the same HaptiSync App (mobile or Windows), select your PC instead of the HEMC and select the HaptiSync Mode “D-Box Coded Video”.
Hope that answers your question

@garrett.eason it’s now live!!! Have you had the chance to test it?

Will/Can the gaming action work with the Jaymar D-BOX chairs?
